Le programme ENplus® est un système de certification par une tierce partie. L'organisme de certification est l'organisme responsable de l'ensemble du processus de certification et de la vérification de la conformité aux exigences ENplus®. L'organisme de certification ENplus® dispose d'une accréditation valide délivrée par un organisme d'accréditation national signataire de l'accord multilatéral pour la certification des produits de la coopération européenne pour l'accréditation (EA) ou du Forum international d'accréditation (IAF).
Le champ d'application de l'accréditation de l'organisme de certification ENplus® inclut la norme ISO/IEC 17065 et couvre explicitement les normes du système de certification ENplus®.
Les entreprises certifiées et les entreprises candidates sont libres de choisir n'importe quel organisme de certification répertorié. Les coordonnées et les domaines d'activité sont disponibles ci-dessous.
